  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

Patient Care

  • Perform health, nursing assessment.
  • Implement individualized planned nursing intervention for patient with doctor's prescription.
  • Assist in procedure, treatment and continue reevaluation on the procedure if needed.
  • handle inquiry, helping in giving a proper information, slot in appointment new and follow up.
  • Responsible to handling the medication management and administration in the clinic.

Patient & Staff Education

  • Provide appropriate patient education to patients, caregivers and family members.
  • Support the delivery of health promotion activities in the centre and community.

Quality & Patient Safety

  • Maintain the environment to the conducive for positive patient outcomes, workplace and patient safety.
  • Investigate clinical events and recommend solution. make sure any incident will be reporting accordingly.
  • Lead and establish for nursing infection prevention and control.

Clinical Supervision

  • Provide training, supervise and feedback new enrolled nurse and support care staff in performing basic nursing care activities and others clinical performance.
  • Participate in other profession in contributing to learning experience of nursing or other health sciences student, participating in services, assisting in research project to ensure continued growth withing profession.
