Human Resource Executive, Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks.
• Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
• Prepare job descriptions and post job vacancies on relevant platforms.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track and report recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR role.
• Familiarity with various recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
