  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Position: Customer Service Executive

Salary: RM 2000 - RM 2500 (Depending on experience)

Working Location: Petaling Jaya

Working hour: 1 PM- 10 PM shift only

Tenure: 6 months (Renewable basis)

Job Descriptions

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Provide information and troubleshooting to subscriber or dealer in a proper manner.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Escalate ticket to respective department for further investigation and do follow up call to subscriber and dealer.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
  • Fast learner (Must be able to find the information and solution during high traffic of calls) without providing wrong information.
  • Ad hoc: outbound call from list provided.

Preferred Qualification

  • SPM/Diploma/Degree holder
  • Excellent communication both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
  • Fresh Degree holder are welcome to apply
  • Ability to withstand pressure with high volume of calls

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Overtime pay
