We're Hiring: Learning Officer (Bintulu)

Based in Bintulu, the Learning Officer will report to and work closely with the Learning Lead in Miri.
In this role, you will:
Lead and manage Chumbaka’s after-school programmes in Bintulu, ensuring high-quality delivery and mentorship.
Develop and execute student recruitment strategies through outreach, information sessions, and engagement with students, teachers, and parents.
Collaborate with a cross-functional team to build strategic partnerships with schools, universities, and community stakeholders.
Bring vision, grit, and problem-solving skills to create a lasting impact in education.

Qualifications
1. Young professional/experienced hire from Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, and/or similar technical backgrounds;
2. Capability to speak in Mandarin is a definite advantage;
3. Computer skills including experience in using hardware and software are an advantage;
4. Strong written and verbal communications skills and experience working with content in multiple mediums;
5. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment;
6. Demonstrated ability to coordinate, manage and execute project requirements while managing multiple stakeholders;
7. Passion and fair experience in managing promotional initiatives;
8. Ability to lead while at the same time work effectively as part of a team;
9. Flexibility to travel as and when needed; and
10. Fast learner, self-driven, a positive attitude and willingness to jump in and tackle new challenges.
Working hours: Average 40 hours per week (may differ based on needs)

Other duties: To support the Programme team and operations as and when needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
