JOB DESCRIPTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle day to day outsourced finance function – Daily cash and bank reconcilitation.
  • Daily updates of sales in system and ensure everything is tally, issuance of intercompany invoices, recording of receipts.
  • Liaise with internal/external parties on payment in matters;
  • Manage and ensure accurate, complete and timely payment disbursement;
  • Monitoring of common mailbox which includes timely response;
  • Keep up to date with product information
  • Responsible in replenish stock to ensure sufficient levels of stocks in outlet
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining accurate records of stock.
  • Ensure goods are properly labelled, tracked, and stored according to company procedures.
  • Assist with regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Daily reposting on stock status.
  • Key in data related to stock in and monitor stock out on daily basis.
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignment from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant AP/AR experience;
  • Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or their equivalent.
  • Positive working attitude, meticulous with accuracy & efficiency
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
  • IT skillset, knowledge of accounting software, RPA and other modern automation tools are good.
