JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum SPM/O-Level qualification, no experience required.
  • Good command of spoken and written Mandarin and English.
  • Able to work on public holidays, weekends and on rotational shifts.
  • Able to start immediately.
  • Malaysians only.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Professionally Interact with customers via voice (end-to-end handling of calls) as part of the inbound function to provide information and assistance.
  • Escalate complaints or requests to relevant departments if necessary.
  • Assist in the course information, registration, and payment fees.
  • Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
  • Undertake any other duties as and when assigned by the Management.
  • Meet individual (KPIs) and team goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
