- Minimum SPM/O-Level qualification, no experience required.
- Good command of spoken and written Mandarin and English.
- Able to work on public holidays, weekends and on rotational shifts.
- Able to start immediately.
- Malaysians only.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Professionally Interact with customers via voice (end-to-end handling of calls) as part of the inbound function to provide information and assistance.
- Escalate complaints or requests to relevant departments if necessary.
- Assist in the course information, registration, and payment fees.
- Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
- Undertake any other duties as and when assigned by the Management.
- Meet individual (KPIs) and team goals.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
