The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, market insight, and relationship management skills to advance the company’s objectives.

Job Description

1. Immediate Assistant to Head Of Sales & Marketing

2. Business Strategy Development

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities based on current market trends.

3. Market Research and Analysis

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors to develop a unique selling proposition (USP).

4. Interdepartmental Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Editorial departments to ensure products meet market and customer requirements.

5. Reporting and Analysis

  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance, preparing monthly reports for management.
  • Use feedback to refine and improve ongoing strategies.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess Diploma or Degree in Business Sales and Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in any related field. (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
  • Excellent in communication skills, negotiation and interpersonal skills .
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and we are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Must possess own transport.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
