1. To prepare reconciliation for trade creditors.
2. To perform daily data entry, including account payables, receivables, bank reconciliations and closing of accounts
3. To update accurate monthly uninvoiced PO tender.
4. To order consignment notes, courier bags, and stationaries stock within the budget.
5. To ensure all consignment notes and stationaries used is listed inside respective Log Book.
6. To assist in accounts monthly closing.
7. To be fully responsible for providing full documents before being sent for payment.
8. To monitor Credit Note requisition and original invoice with supplier.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
