Job Responsibilities:-
- To assist the superior to carry out pre-contract and post-contract activities.
- To assist in procurement and contract administration.
- Enquiries for quotations from sub-contractors, suppliers, vendors and comparison schedule.
- Taking-off, conduct site valuation & measurement.
- Reviewing all project related claims, variation order works and final accounts.
- Prepare and submit progress claims and final accounts to client.
- Evaluate progress claims and final accounts from subcontractors.
Job Requirements:-
- Possess Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
- Able to work independently.
- Able to handle tight deadlines and schedules.
- Good communication and computer skills.
- Willing to travel to the site and outstation if required.
