  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Sugarscarf is seeking an energetic and experienced Retail Supervisor to lead our sales team and ensure our customers receive exceptional service. In this role, you will oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, and foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of retail associates, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards
  • Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management
  • Maintain an engaging and organized sales floor, ensuring optimal product displays
  • Monitor sales performance and key performance indicators, implementing strategies to achieve targets
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction levels
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and scheduling team members
  • Collaborate with management on promotional activities and strategic planning

Qualifications:

  • Min Diploma a or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to motivate a team and drive sales
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
