  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Coordinate import and export shipments under the LMW license.
  • Prepare and submit Customs documentation (e.g., K1, K2, K8, ZB forms, and other custom declaration documents.
  • Manage freight bookings, shipping schedules, and liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transporters for smooth cargo movement.
  • Ensure proper HS Code classification and duty/tax exemptions for LMW shipments.
  • Monitor and track shipments, ensuring on-time delivery to avoid production delays.
  • Oversee warehouse inventory movements related to import/export transactions.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and production teams to align shipping schedules with operational needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Customs records, permits, and duty exemption approvals.
  • Prepare reports for Monthly LMW submissions (e.g., Customs Manufacturing Return Report).
  • Prepare shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Packing List, Invoices, Form D, COO, etc.).
  • Verify and process freight invoices, duty payments, and claims.
  • Maintain detailed shipping records and reports for management review.
  • Liaise with internal departments (procurement, finance, production) to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Work with regulatory agencies like MITI (Ministry of International Trade and Industry), MIDA, SIRIM and Customs for LMW licensing and compliance.
  • Resolve shipping disputes, demurrage issues, and customs clearance delays.
  • Analyze shipping expenses and recommend cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree/Diploma in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
