  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

• Tracking and chasing overdue customers • SOA from Finance to Sales rep/ Email to Customer • Create new customer in Accounting System upon prior checking • Approving orders in sales order management system • Liaise with customer/ sales rep on reconciliations • To issue Debit/Credit Note • Prepare customer statements • Prepare monthly customer aging report • Tracking cod, cbd customer • Prepayment of 50% upon issuance of SO/PI, balance 50% after delivery of goods • Monthly bank reconciliation • Any other tasks as and when assigned by Management or direct superior Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, IT, Accounting, Business, or Finance • A minimum of 1 year experience working in the field of Finance is required. • Ability to quickly grasp complex business issues. • Must possess very strong computer skills. • Able to communicate effectively with the internal team and service provider. • SQL knowledge is important. • Savvy with MS Excel / Powerpoint. • Basic accounting knowledge is essential. • Ability to perform data analysis for decision making. • Fresh graduate encourage to apply
