Service Charge Accounts Clerk

Ideal Outsourcing Solutions SDN BHD is a company based in Penang, incorporated in 2017. We are a team of friendly, supportive, inclusive and motivated individuals. Our principal service aim is to assist companies with their accounts, administrative or other outsourcing needs.
We have an exciting opportunity within our team dealing with our main Client's service charge work.
Our Client is a firm of Accountants based in the UK. As well as being chartered certified accountants they provide property service charge accountants reviews to over 1000 properties. One of their main roles is to assist property management agencies and property owners to meet their service charge obligations and obtain certification of expenditure, which will provide transparency and accountability required by the regulations.
Responsibilities and Duties:-
We are now recruiting for full time Service Charge Accounts Clerks to join our team. As a Service Charge Accounts Clerk you will be the support for your colleagues as well as taking on the following duties below;
· Verification of service charge purchase invoices
· Being responsible for checking and producing the final service charge certificates
· Communicating with management as to workloads and upcoming deadlines
· Working to strict deadlines and targets
· Reporting to manager on daily basis
· Supporting and assisting the director and other staff in their role
· Other administrative duties
Suitable Candidate:-
· Good proficiency in English
· Able to work as part of a team, communicating and interaction
· Computer Literate
· Attention to detail is key
· Fast learner
· Excellent organisation skills
· The ability to be able to work to strict deadlines given by management and the clients
· Good analytical skills
· Driven and motivated
· Trustworthy and loyal

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
