  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description
In your new role you will:
  • To support WLR test request job for risk assessment, DOE and quarterly monitoring.
  • To support WLR test result data analysis, interpret test results and trend for each technologies and update WLR monitoring trend.
  • To support WLR Lab PM & calibration activities.
    • To support WLR lab 5s.


Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Degree in Physics / Electronics Engineering / Microelectronics.
  • High interest in depth of technical knowledge on wafer level reliability engineering.
  • Passionate about Reliability Function & likes to deliver the best.
  • Willing to explore in depth on technology & process assigned especially on potential reliability risks.
  • Understanding of the function of each Semiconductor reliability test to interpret the test result with reliability statistics make an engineering judgement for lot release.
  • Interest in interaction w/ all levels of employees internally or externally.
    • Good communication skill & interpersonal skill.
