Job Description
In your new role:
  • Organize and participate in on-campus recruiting events such as career fairs, information sessions, workshops, and networking events.
  • Drive and execute strategies to promote the company as an employer of choice among students and recent graduates.
  • Leverage current employees as brand ambassadors through testimonials, speaking engagements, and participation in campus events.
  • Talent acquisition of emerging talent to Identify, engage, and build a pipeline of high-potential candidates for various roles within the organization.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of university relations and employer branding efforts, and recommend improvements.
  • Develop, coordinate, and manage internship programs and co-op opportunities, ensuring alignment with business needs and providing valuable experiences for students.


Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Human Resources.
  • 3 years and above of working experiences.
  • Fast learner, work independently on multiple tasks with a driver-attitude and initiative-taking to reach out to stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong event planning and coordination skills to support and drive branding outreach and internal events.
