Role: Recruitment Executive

Work Schedule: Alternate six-day and five-day work weeks

Recruitment Management:

  • Responsible for formulating and implementing the company’s recruitment plan, including job postings, resume screening, interview arrangements, etc.
  • Assist in expanding and maintaining recruitment channels to improve hiring efficiency.
  • Handle employee onboarding procedures, including labor contract signing and employee file creation.
  • Track employee performance during the probation period, provide timely feedback, and assist in resolving employee-related issues.

Performance Management:

  • Assist in developing the company’s performance management system to ensure alignment with corporate strategy and business needs.
  • Design and implement performance evaluation systems, including setting evaluation criteria, defining assessment cycles, and organizing evaluation meetings.
  • Evaluate the performance of departments and employees, providing feedback and improvement suggestions.
  • Analyze performance data, identify issues and areas for improvement, and propose corrective measures.
  • Coordinate and handle employee appeals and disputes related to performance evaluations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

  • Yearly bonus

Work Location: In person
