  • Monitor food stock levels, reduce waste, and maintain cost efficiency while ensuring sufficient supply.
  • Enforce food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations in accordance with health department standards.
  • Work closely with front-of-house staff, suppliers, and management to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Conduct regular checks on food quality, taste, and presentation before serving guests.
  • Ensure kitchen equipment is in good working condition and report maintenance needs.
  • Address special dietary requests and ensure guest satisfaction through high-quality food service.
