  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance of all mechanical and electrical equipment’s and system.
  • Developed and implement preventive and corrective maintenance of all audio and Video equipment’s and system.
  • To remain fully informed as to the requirements of the Workplace Health and Safety Act and its requirements relating to this department.
  • Formulate and prepare the annual Engineering Department budget expenses and oversee its implementation.
  • Initiate programs for the improvement of procedures in order to maintain Acceptable R & M costs.
  • Carries out planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling the efficient operation of the engineering department.
  • Remain fully conversant with all aspects of energy management, its procedures and its implementation.
  • Co-ordinates with all other department heads regarding maintenance and administration matters.
  • Co-ordinates with all Engineering for project approval, executions and licenses etc. as directed by the Operation Manager.
  • Possess a full understanding of all electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and gas operated equipment’s in the property.
  • Formulate and implement, in conjunction with the HR department, all internal and external trainings of a professional nature relative to the department.
  • Negotiate, forecast, control and review all service agreements / contracts in accordance with the established policies and procedures.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
