Designer to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Engage and follow up with potential clients to understand their interior design needs
and preferences.
Develop design proposals and presentations that align with client requirements and
company standards.
Provide expert advice on design concepts, materials, and space planning.
Prepare and present quotations, contracts, and project timelines to clients.
Work closely with the design and project teams to ensure seamless execution of
projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Requirements:
Candidates must have at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design,
Architecture, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, interior design, or a related role.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or related tools is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Strong customer service orientation with a keen eye for design aesthetics.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
