Customer Service Agent (Mandarin/Cantonese Voice Support) – Night Shift
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate and professional responses to customer inquiries.
- Deliver excellent customer support and assistance with patience and empathy.
- Use knowledge gained from training to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Maintain active communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed performance indicators set by the company and client.
- Follow the assigned work roster, including weekends, public holidays, and split-off days as required.
- Adhere to call flow procedures, quality assurance requirements, and de-escalation processes.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in voice-based customer support.
- Minimum education: SPM or above (Diploma preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Mandarin or Cantonese, plus English (Malaysian native speakers preferred).
- Professional attitude, willingness to assist customers, and the ability to handle difficult conversations.
- Basic computer skills and adaptability to corporate environments.
- Responsive to team leaders and quick to adapt to new processes and updates.
- Disciplined, mature, positive-thinking, and customer-oriented.
