- Office will be based in Seksyen 33, Shah Alam. Once in a while will need be at office in Jalan Genting Klang.
RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORITY:
1. Directing, reviewing, and optimizing office operations to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency.
2. Handle tender application, preparation documentation and submission.
3. Coordinating schedules and managing calendars for multiple parties to ensure that activities are properly arranged with no conflicts.
4. Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as if needed.
5. Monitoring the renewal of business licenses, new license application etc (MOF, CIDB, ST).
6. Work closely with Sales, Solution and Project Team during proposal or tendering exercise, to ensure company related documents are compiled and submitted.
7. Involved in Maintenance contract renewal and routine maintenance schedule planning.
REQUIREMENT:
- Diploma/Degree Business Administration or Business Management or Accounting and Finance Management.
- Able to work independently, possess own transport and willing to travel

Pay: RM600.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
