Job Responsibilities
- Deliver one-stop medical solutions to our customers
- Responsible for building and managing the relationship with customers in order to achieve the goals and objectives identified by the company and meeting / exceeding sales target.
- Ensure that customers have a positive experience; commit to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- To focus on increasing customer interactions and improving relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
- Conduct product presentations and training programs related to agency products as well as product evaluation trials and survey feedback for new product developments
- Actively developing new account relationships in the Zone / Area to enhance customer penetration.
- Proactively identify opportunities / new sales lead, understand customer requirements, prepare quotation, follow up and monitor closely to win deals.
- Provide timely support to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
- Proactively learning features of new products and understand new service offering developed by the Company.
- Occasional weekend and evening trade show and/or meeting
Qualification
- Min. Diploma, preferably in Nursing / Business / Biomedical Science
- Candidate without working experience with above qualifications, aspiring to build a sales career in the healthcare industry.
- Preferably at least 2 years' experience in medical equipment, ultrasound and consumable sales
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
