JOB SUMMARY

  • Responsible to perform several tasks to maintain the floor flow.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare, provide good customer service (welcome, greeting, smile, communication).
  • Recommend dishes to customer and take order, as well as alert with the seasonal promotional package.
  • Deliver foods and drinks to customer in short time.
  • Observe customer needs and provide assistance to customer in time to meet their satisfaction.
  • Handle customers’ queries and complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Handling incoming call for tables reservation or booking.
  • Delivering invoices and collecting payments as a cashier.
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained all times.
  • Ensure all tables and chairs are clean, sanitized, and organized.
  • Support day-to-day operations within the outlet.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by superior.

JOB COMPETENCIES

  • No experience is required, training will be provided.
  • Willing to learn and able to work in a team.
  • Able to work by shift assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • SPM leaver is encouraged to apply.
