Job Responsibilities:-

1. Project Operations

  • Plan, organize, and manage project processes and operations for outsourcing projects.
  • Anticipate changes affecting processes and propose solutions.
  • Communicate and engage with stakeholders, including candidates and clients.
  • Assist candidates with roster, operations, timesheet, and system queries.

2. Recruitment Activities

  • Post job advertisements and build a strong candidate pool.
  • Shortlist candidates based on hiring requirements, maintain documentation of interview records and results
  • Ensure necessary documents are up-to-date for contract signing.
  • Conduct briefings for shortlisted candidates on their roles.

3. Deployment of Duties

  • Strategically deploy candidates to clients based on requirements and guidelines.
  • Fulfill clients' operational needs, including backfill and ad-hoc labor requests.
  • Communicate real-time status updates on manpower requests to stakeholders.

4. Payroll admin & reporting

  • Collect, input, and organize contractors’ timesheets and related documents for processing by payroll team.
  • Document information for ease of access by internal and external stakeholders.
  • Consolidate month-end timesheets and reports for consultants/payroll.

Job Requirements:-

  • Experience in project managing- operation & recruitment
  • Detailed and organised individual
  • Able to work independently, make sure project assigned deliver on time
  • Good communication skill
  • Non-sales role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
