We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Creative Manager to lead our creative team in crafting innovative and engaging marketing campaigns. As a Creative Manager, you will oversee the development of creative concepts, designs, and marketing content that align with our brand identity and business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and channels, while also managing the creative process from ideation to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage the Creative Team: Supervise a team of designers, photographer, videographer and other creatives team member to ensure high-quality, consistent work.
  • Conceptualize Creative Campaigns: Develop creative concepts for marketing, advertising, and promotional materials that support business objectives and engage target audiences.
  • Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with online marketing, product, and sales teams to understand objectives and ensure alignment with creative strategies.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and enhances the company’s visual and messaging identity across all platforms.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Creative Direction: Provide guidance and feedback to the creative team to help them grow and refine their skills while maintaining a high standard of creativity.
  • Stay Current with Trends: Keep up to date with industry trends and technologies to inspire fresh, cutting-edge ideas.
  • Oversee Content Creation: Supervise the production of digital and print assets, including videos, websites, online marketing, and more.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track the performance of creative campaigns and make adjustments as needed to improve effectiveness.
  • Marketing Partnerships: Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing partnerships with other brands and influencers. This includes identifying potential collaborators, negotiating agreements, coordinating campaigns, and analyzing results to optimize future collaborations

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Arts, Communications, Advertising, Online Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a creative role preferably in advertising, marketing, or media industries and 2 years in leadership roles.
  • Skills:
  • Strong creative vision and ability to think outside the box.
  • Expertise in design & marketing software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ad Word.)
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
  • Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a creative team.
  • Strong understanding of brand identity, messaging, and marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of current design trends and digital technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required. Additional language skills (e.g., Mandarin) are a plus.
  • Other: Ability to meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively across departments. A portfolio showcasing previous work would be an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
