Job Description :

  • The Pastry Chef responsible in developing and testing new recipes for frozen bakery products contributing to the company's product portfolio.
  • This role involves conducting experiments to improve existing products, enhancing their taste, texture, shelf-life, and freeze-thaw stability
  • Documenting recipes and processes accurately is important to maintain consistency and facilitate knowledge sharing
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety standards is a key responsibility, maintaining the health and safety of all product

Job Requirement :

  • Have diploma or degree in food science, culinary arts, or related fields
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in baking and pastry arts, particularly with frozen products is required
  • Creative problem-solving skills are necessary to develop innovative solutions
  • The ability to follow and adapt recipes is crucial
  • Strong organizational skills are needed to manage multiple task and projects effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • baking and pastry art: 3 years (Preferred)

Location:

  • Puncak Alam (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:
