Primary duties and responsibilities (HORECA – area coverage Selangor , KL And Penang):
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the sales manager.
- Establish and manage relationships with Key Accounts to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Identify, develop and secure new customers to contribute to company’s sales targets and growth through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
- Negotiate business terms with key customers.
- Plans, negotiate and execute marketing and promotion strategies.
- Responsible for new product listing and its strategic promotion planning.
- Prepare sales forecast and Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned.
