What You’ll Do:
Recruitment & Talent Management: Assist in hiring processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding) and support employee engagement & retention.
Compensation & Benefits: Help with payroll data entry, expense claims, and overtime tracking.
Employee Records & Compliance: Maintain employee records and prepare HR documents.
Administrative & Office Support: Manage company licenses, permits, vehicle documentation, and hostel/accommodation for foreign workers.
Safety & Health: Coordinate Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) matters and emergency responses.
Training & Development: Assist the HR Manager and work independently after probation.
