Uphold high service standards by implementing and enforcing organizational policies. Requirements: A Degree or Diploma in Civil/Building Engineering or a related field, with relevant industry experience. Proven experience in sales, construction, and building materials, including hands-on work and report/document writing. Strong sales-driven mindset with the ability to proactively seek and secure business opportunities. Technical knowledge of building materials and construction accessories. Extensive network within the contractor, consultant, and engineering sectors. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels. A positive attitude, adaptability, and a customer-centric approach. Strong sense of urgency and commitment to responding promptly to customer needs.
