  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Scope:- Prepares bill of quantities which involves quantity take-off, materials sourcing, measuring and estimating material cost and labour cost price in the tendering process. To monitor projects costings, analyzing outcomes and preparing detailed progress reports To participate in meetings with clients, consultants, engineers and sub-contractors Be able to work closely and liaise with tender, design team and operation team. To assist in preparing tender documentation To ensure that all relevant documents submitted are fully substantiated, accurate, and in accordance with the Contract. Assist in monitoring of budget and cost control. Prepare monthly report, project budget and cash flow projection. Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior. Qualification:- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Engineering or equivalent. Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, AUTOCAD, OUTLOOK Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
