PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN

1) Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment 2) Provide emergency or unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service – reduce the breakdown time at minimal level 3) Perform mechanic skills – mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines 4) Read and interpret equipment manual and work orders to perform required maintenance and service 5) Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments 6) Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities. To carry out the facility maintenance independently or suing sub-contractor, to fit inti its schedule 7) Perform a variety plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions 8) Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties 9) Defect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision 10) Record, report and document all machine breakdowns properly. 11) Ensure all preventive maintenance checklist and tools change programme are updated 12) Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. To implement improvement activity to production facility to upgrading of productivity and safety 13) Participate in the 5S and other quality improvement projects 14) Any other duties as and when assigned by Management from time to time. 13) Any other duties as and when assigned by Management from time to time.
