JOB DESCRIPTION: Market Research and Analysis: i) Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competition, and potential opportunities within the domestic medical device market. ii) Analyze market data and customer feedback to develop strategies for product positioning and pricing. Sales Strategy and Planning: i) Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets. ii) Collaborate with the Sales Manager to create sales forecasts, budgets, and action plans for the domestic market. Client Relationship Management: i) Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including healthcare facilities, distributors, and other relevant stakeholders. ii) Conduct regular client visits to understand their needs, address concerns, and promote our products effectively. Product Promotion and Training: i) Showcase our medical devices to clients through product demonstrations and presentations. ii) Provide training and support to clients to ensure optimal usage and understanding of our medical devices. Sales and Negotiations: i) Actively pursue sales opportunities and negotiate contracts to meet sales targets. ii) Collaborate with the Sales team to develop pricing strategies that are competitive and aligned with company objectives. Sales Reporting and Analysis: i) Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation to the Sales Manager. ii) Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing recommendations to enhance sales performance. Interdepartmental Collaboration : i) Collaborate with various departments to streamline processe and improve interdisciplinary communication. ii) Engage with cross-functional teams to address quality challenges and implement sustainable solutions. REQUIREMENT: i) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. ii) Proven experience in sales, preferably within the medical device industry. iii) Experience in selling medical devices and familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare practices. iv) Established network of contacts within the domestic medical device market. v) Proficiency in utilizing AutoCount software for sales tracking and management. vi) Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
