A) General 1) Reporting to: General Manager 2) Subordinate: Maintenance Supervisor, Technician 3) Department: Maintenance B) Responsibility and Authority 1) Responsible for the day to day operations of maintenance department. 2) To supervise/organize the maintenance of plant/facility/machinery/services of all equipment. 3) To update preventive maintenance master schedule equipment daily checklist, weekly, monthly, quarterly, six monthly and yearly maintenance checklists. 4) To ensure cold room and sewage water treatment plant are in good working condition. 5) To ensure all other factory machineries are in good working condition. 6) To organize on the job training for all personnel in the department. 7) To organize and supervise all electrical, civil & mechanical work. 8) To assist in implementation of hygiene & cleaning program. 9) To carry out any other duties as instructed by superior. 10) Ensuring that the ISO/QMS conforms to the requirements of applicable standards C) Competency 1) Education: Diploma in Refrigeration Field or related discipline. 2) Experience: At least 5 years working experience in Cold Storage Warehousing preferably in food manufacturing business. 3) Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, interpersonal skills and sound management practices. 4) Training acquired: Basic GMP and HACCP practices and maintenance and food safety
