The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of radiographic techniques and equipment, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with patients, ensuring their comfort and understanding throughout the imaging process. Responsibilities: • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs as per physician's orders. • Ensure the safety and comfort of patients before, during, and after imaging procedures. • Maintain and operate imaging equipment following established safety protocols and standards. • Review and analyze images for quality and accuracy, ensuring they meet clinical requirements. • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to discuss imaging results and patient care. • Document and maintain accurate patient records, including imaging results and other pertinent information. • Assist in the training and supervision of junior radiography staff and students as needed. Requirements: • Graduate of an accredited radiography program with a registration in Radiologic Technology. • Valid state licensure and certification to practice as a radiographer. • Strong understanding of radiographic techniques, imaging equipment, and safety protocols. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with patients and healthcare teams. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and challenging hospital environment. • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to assess image quality and accuracy. • Capability to maintain patient confidentiality
