UI/UX Designer cum Frontend Web Developer

Job Responsibilities: Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences. Create user personas, user journeys, and wireframes to outline the user experience. Develop information architecture and sitemaps to organize content effectively. Design interactive prototypes to demonstrate the user flow and functionality. Gather feedback from users and stakeholders and iterate on design solutions accordingly. Ensure that the design aligns with accessibility standards to accommodate users with disabilities. Creating wireframes, mock-ups and graphics where required. Create visually appealing layouts and designs for web applications. Develop a consistent visual language, including typography, colour schemes, and iconography. Design responsive interfaces that work well on various devices and screen sizes. Collaborate with the web team to ensure the feasibility of design. Incorporate strong brand identity and user experience when proposing a design for a site. Work closely with project managers to learn about the business' objectives and target audience before proposing a design/when working on the project. Collaborates with members of the digital marketing team when working on landing pages to meet client's requirements and expectations. Write clean, maintainable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code to bring designs to life. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of web applications. Implement animations, transitions, and interactivity to enhance the user experience. Optimize web assets and code for performance and fast loading times. Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic. Debug and troubleshoot frontend issues and address user feedback. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Graphic Design, or a related field. • 2-4 years of professional experience in both UI/UX design and front-end web development. • Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio. • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Experience with frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. • Familiarity with tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. • Additional App Skills - Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Wordpress, Shopify. • Strong understanding of responsive design. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and in team settings. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
