In this role you will: Conduct research and community needs assessment, Create teaching and assessment materials using human centered design and aligned with programme goals, Prepare session plans and teaching resources, Deliver classes virtually and in-person at different locations, Manage the classroom activities effectively, using a participatory approach, Utilise relevant tools (digital and/or offline) to create learning experiences, Follow-up with participants on homework, tasks, assignments and portfolios, Carry out administrative tasks as required by the programme.
