Marketing Intern (Work in Subang/Kota Kemuning)

Job Summary: As a Marketing Intern, you will assist the marketing team in various aspects of marketing and promotional activities. This role offers hands-on experience and exposure to different areas of marketing, including digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and campaign analytics. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and WhatsApp community engagement. - Conduct market research and analyze social media trends to identify growth opportunities and enhance audience engagement. - Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and email to enhance brand awareness and increase audience interaction. - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. - Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and execute innovative marketing strategies and initiatives. - Provide marketing support to the administrative team, including preparing marketing materials, conducting polls, promoting webinars, and developing lead attraction strategies. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and digital advertising. Requirements: - Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. - Strong passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is advantageous. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute effectively to group projects. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. - Positive attitude, willingness to take on challenges, and openness to feedback. - Previous internship experience in marketing or related fields is preferred but not required.
