Effective management and customer relations: i. Achieve the Sales objectives of the organization by effectively managing the customers. ii. To engage in both contract and non-contract business activities by promoting and selling IDEALCARE@ and products offered by Authorized Representatives in the designated territory, with a focus on Business-to-Consumer transactions. iii. Identify the customer-brand matrix by doing appropriate profiting of the customers: placing the right product for the right customer. Product knowledge and promotion: i. Promote the product with the tools given by the company to generate demand. ii. Drive the business of focus and legacy brands. iii. Promote, detail and sell product within assigned territory and/or segment iv. Track self/team progress against key performance indicators and sales plans. v. Prioritize and review daily sakes activities performed. Planning and strategizing: i. Implement sales plans and activities ii. Effective planning for the sales achievement. iii. Maintain the customer database. iv. Required to travel to follow up sales within the assigned territory, v. Monitor the Product return, stock, and Expiry at the different stakeholders in the territory vi. Ensure the Product Availability at all places within the territory. vii. Achieve quantitative and qualitative sales objectives. Knowledge / Experience / Skills: i. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written). ii. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong command in both spoken and written forms. iii. Good interpersonal selling skill as well as presentation skills iv. Able to handle and work under pressure v. Knowledge in using computer/MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), is a prerequisite and exposure database system administration such an ERP system to an added advantage. vi. Willing to travel outstation. vii. Displays foundational knowledge and understanding of the industry, market dynamics, competitors, and customers. viii. Demonstrate basic knowledge in assigned territories/products/ services and strong selling skills ix. Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills x.
