JOB DESCRIPTION: Documentation and customer relations: Employee Records Management: i) Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (personal information, employment history, training records). ii) Ensure confidentiality & security of all employee records information in compliance with privacy laws, regulations. Recruitment Support: i) Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, scheduling candidate meetings. Onboarding and Orientation: i) Assist in coordinating new employee onboarding activities, including paperwork completion, orientation schedules, and introductions to company policies and procedures. ii) Assist in organizing orientation materials and presentations to enhance the onboarding experience for new hires. Training and Development: i) Assist in tracking employee training & development programs within compliance with regulatory requirements Compliance and Record Keeping: i) Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations. ii) Maintain accurate and confidential employee records related to payroll and performance and assist in HR audits. Payroll Processing: i) Maintain and update daily records of employee leave, claims, and overtime submissions through the EMPLX system. REQUIREMENTS: • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in human resources or related field is a plus. • Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is desirable. • Familiarity with HR software and systems is beneficial. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
