SOC Officer – Data Center - SEDENAK

Position Overview: As a SOC Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and security of our data center. Working in a state-of-the-art Security Operations Center, you will monitor, manage, and respond to security incidents to protect our people, assets, and data. Key Responsibilities: • Monitor Security Systems: Operate and manage surveillance systems, access controls, and alarm systems to identify and respond to potential security breaches. • Incident Response: Analyze and respond to security incidents, escalating as needed to maintain safety and compliance. • Access Management: Enforce security policies for physical and digital access to restricted areas. • Reporting: Maintain detailed logs and prepare incident reports to support audits and investigations. • Compliance: Ensure alignment with ISO 27001 standards and company policies. • Collaboration: Work closely with IT, facilities, and management to maintain a secure environment. Qualifications: • Prior experience in security operations, law enforcement, or a related field. • Knowledge of ISO 27001 standards is an advantage. • Familiarity with Genetec Security Center or similar systems is highly desirable. • English Language Proficiency verbal & written is essential • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. • Availability for shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
