  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

BHD. seeks an JIGS, MOULDS & MECHANISATION SPECIALIST to help design test our planned upcoming projects with crate dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s development • Designing, developing, and optimizing tooling, fixtures, and automation processes to improve production efficiency and product quality. • Ensure jigs and fixtures are designed for ease of use, repeatability, and cost-effectiveness. • Collaborate with the production team to optimize jig designs for improved efficiency and ergonomics. • Design, develop, and validate moulds for plastic, metal, or composite components. • Monitor and maintain moulds to ensure consistent part quality and minimize downtime. • Troubleshoot and resolve mould-related issues, including defects, wear, and performance concerns. • Identify opportunities for mechanisation and automation in manufacturing processes. • Develop and implement automated systems, robotic solutions, and other mechanical enhancements to improve productivity. • Work with suppliers and vendors to source automation solutions that align with production needs. • Analyze existing manufacturing processes and recommend improvements using lean manufacturing principles. • Implement cost-effective solutions to reduce cycle times, material waste, and operational inefficiencies. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in tooling and automation. • Conduct testing and validation of jigs, moulds, and automation equipment to ensure proper functionality. • Work closely with quality control teams to ensure components produced meet design specifications and tolerances. • Document test results and make necessary modifications to improve performance. • Work closely with design, production, and maintenance teams to align tooling and mechanisation strategies with production goals. • Provide technical support and training to machine operators and maintenance personnel. • Assist in troubleshooting production issues related to jigs, moulds, and automation systems. Requirements The required skills for the position JIGS, MOULDS & MECHANISATION SPECIALIST are: • Min 5 years’ experience in jigs & mould. • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. • Adhere to safety and quality policies. • Effective problem-solving abilities. • Keep maintenance data and report on daily activities. • Candidate must possess relevant education certification. • Strong knowledge in GD&T.
