Primary Responsibilities: 1. Technology Implementation • Implement and manage digital tools and systems to enhance operational efficiency. • Develop and maintain process flowcharts for improved operational clarity. • Research and recommend new tools or technologies to streamline workflows and optimize performance. 2. Operational Process Improvement • Analyze current workflows and propose technology-driven solutions for enhancement. • Implement and optimize chatbot or flowbot solutions to improve customer engagement. • Identify and address areas for improvement in customer journeys, campaign ROI, and lead conversion rates. 3. Collaboration & Training • Collaborate with teams to understand their needs and deliver customized technology solutions. • Provide training on new tools and features to ensure smooth implementation and adoption. Secondary Responsibilities 1. Process Automation (Preferred but not mandatory) • Design and implement automation solutions using platforms such as UiPath, Power Automate, or similar tools. • Analyze repetitive workflows and develop automation scripts or bots to increase productivity and reduce manual effort. 2. Digital Marketing Support (Optional but beneficial) • Assist with managing CMS platforms for website updates and enhancements. • Contribute to Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns by analyzing performance and providing actionable insights. Skills & Qualifications: • Hands-on experience with SleekFlow, Intercom, Salesforce, HubSpot or other CRM systems is highly desirable. • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify). • Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and basic digital marketing strategies is a plus. • Ability to design and interpret flowcharts for process understanding. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Basic knowledge of chatbot tools and AI-driven customer support solutions. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Business Process Management, or a related field. • At least 1 year of experience in technology implementation or process improvement. • Familiarity with tools like Asana, Jira, Salesforce, SleekFlow, Intercom, and cloud-based platforms. • Strong communication and analytical skills. Additional Plus: • Prior experience in implementing or managing digital tools for business optimization. • Knowledge of SEO and GA4 analytics for website performance tracking. • Hands-on experience in Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio on creating dashboards for key metrics.
