Receptionist cum Admin Roles and Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and professional attitude. • Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including handling firm’s inquiries and sorting & distributing mails. • Managing incoming phone calls and route to appropriate personnel and take accurate messages. • In charge for coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings. • Always maintain a clean and organised reception area, ensuring it is always presentable. • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations. • Assist with other general administrative duties as assigned. Job requirements and qualifications: • SPM and above; Proven experiences as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred. • Fluent in speaking English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is added advantage. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner. • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing administrative tasks and ability to handle sensitive & confidential information with discretion.
