"Responsibilities: • Design effective training programs • Prepare training materials • Conduct training and refreshers • Support and mentor new employees in Korean and English • Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement • Monitor, analyse & train trainees’ performance and call out any unusual trends • Identify training needs by working with operations team and QA Requirements: • Degree in any discipline • 3 years customer service experience with minimum 2 years training experience • Minimum bi-lingual proficiency, tri-lingual and above is preferred. •Native Korean and fluent in English, in terms of written and spoken • Proven experience as corporate trainer • Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools • Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate training • Proficient in MS Office (Advance skills in Excel and Powerpoint); e-learning software will be an asset • Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills • Organizational and time management abilities • Critical thinking, analytical and decision making abilities • Ability to understand the nuances in Korean market"
