The Role LEPPO CONCRETE SDN. BHD. is seeking a Production Coordinator to join our growing team. As a Production Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the development of our innovative product portfolio. Based in Putatan District Sabah, this full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction and success of our business. Key Responsibilities Plan, schedule and prepare production order details; call costumer and dispatch order ; scheduling with the Driver Department Set objectives, guidelines, procedures, and priorities and schedules during day-to-day operations and equipment shutdowns. Manage, direct, and coordinate overall activities of the department and interaction with other departments Promote safety by ensuring tailgate and safety meetings are held, developing the proper safety procedures, wearing required safety equipment, and following proper working environment and conditions. Establish and maintain communication within the department so there is continuity between different production teams To ensure of the plant & truck maintenance , Monitoring and controlling fuel consumption. Do a checking on the physical stock level every morning and reporting to HQ for request of purchase if the stock is not enough Collect the Delivery Notes (DN) and fuel receipts from drivers; and to pass to the Weightbridge Clerk To check and verify that all the DNs are in order and whether there is any abnomally or rejection remarks, to ensure the DN submission is on timely manner, to daily check and verified the Batcher Report from Admin What We're Looking For Proven track record of 2-3+ years in product coordinator, preferably within the Information & Communication Technology industry Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and user-centric design principles Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Effective communication and coordinator skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally Passion for innovation and a keen eye for identifying new market opportunities Degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline What we offer At LEPPO CONCRETE SDN.
