Key responsibilities include: -Overseeing daily production operations, ensuring labor efficiency, availability of materials, and proper equipment usage -Providing guidance, training, and support to team members to ensure effective performance -Planning and scheduling production activities to meet deadlines -Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment -Focusing on improving both production efficiency and product quality -Training staff on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensuring compliance -Performing data entry and generating reports for management review -Conducting monthly stock takes and maintaining accurate inventory records -Ensuring food hygiene and safety standards are met, staying current with industry guidelines, and addressing deviations promptly -Managing equipment maintenance to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operations -Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or workforce challenges -Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance overall production performance Requirements: -At least 3 years of experience in warehouse management, particularly with frozen items -Experience in handling frozen/chilled fish and seafood processing -Comfortable working in cold environments and handling repetitive tasks -Ability to follow schedules, operate machinery, and work with cold materials -Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office -Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills -Detail-oriented, safety-focused, and hands-on experience with equipment -Ability to multitask and adapt to changing production needs
