AUDIT & COMPLIANCE OFFICER

"Key Responsibilities: >Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and programs specific to pitstop operations. >Monitor and evaluate operational processes to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations. > Design and execute periodic internal audits of outlet operations, including inventory management, sales processes, and store procedures. >Prepare detailed audit reports identifying gaps, recommendations, and corrective actions. >Track and follow up on audit findings to ensure proper implementation of recommended changes. >Create educational materials and resources to promote awareness of compliance requirements. >Provide guidance and support to outlet managers on compliance-related matters. >Review and update standard operating procedures, guidelines, agreement etc as needed. > Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of compliance initiatives. >Assist in preparing for internal and external audits by maintaining accurate documentation and records. >Monitor and assess the performance of implemented processes and make necessary adjustments. >Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data analysis and industry best practices. >Maintain comprehensive records of all audit and compliance activities. >Prepare regular reports for senior management on compliance status and risk areas."
