Maintenance Manager, O&M

Responsibilities: • Facility Maintenance Leadership: Lead and oversee all aspects of facility maintenance, ensuring that equipment, systems, and buildings are maintained effectively and efficiently. • Repairs & Preventative Maintenance: Manage and supervise repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment upgrades, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule. • Team Supervision & Training: Supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing direction and ensuring they are well-trained and equipped to perform their duties. • Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative, productive, and safety-focused working environment, offering guidance and support to the maintenance team. • Problem Solving & Issue Management: Address unplanned repairs or issues promptly and ensure they are resolved with minimal downtime or disruption to operations. • Scheduling & Reporting: Oversee maintenance schedules and ensure proper documentation of all maintenance activities and issues. Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in a maintenance role, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
