  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

• Develop and optimize CNC programs for 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining centers. • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files. • Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds based on material and machining requirements. • Set up machines, including fixture design, workpiece alignment, and tool calibration. • Operate multi-axis CNC machines (e.g., milling, turning, and hybrid machines). • Monitor machining processes and make adjustments to ensure accuracy and efficiency. • Reduce cycle time, improve surface finish, and optimize tool paths for productivity. • Perform first-article inspections and adjust parameters as needed. • Conduct in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), and other precision instruments. • Ensure finished parts meet tight tolerances and quality standards. • Identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and recommend corrective actions. • Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure proper functionality. • Troubleshoot machine errors, tool wear, and operational issues. • Work closely with the maintenance team to minimize machine downtime. • Improve machining strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. • Maintain detailed records of machining processes, tool usage, and quality reports. • Provide technical support and training to junior machinists or operators. Requirement: 1) Minimum 5 years above experience in multi axis CNC machining. 2) Must possess equivalent certification. 3) Able to perform machining products according to work order and drawing requirement. 4) Follows all established safety procedures and practices. 5) Keep maintenance data and report on daily activities. 6) Knowledge in GD&T
