Technical Security

Job Responsibilities 1. Support superiors in maintaining accurate records of security operations, incidents and investigations. 2. Help prepare detailed reports and updates on security-related matters. Assist in conducting through investigations into security breaches, incidents or suspicious activities. 3. Gather evidence, interview witnesses and compile investigative reports under the guidance of superiors. 4. Aid in the management and oversight of access control systems to ensure only authorized personnel can enter restricted areas. 5. Help maintain access logs, conduct audits and ensure compliance with security protocols. Support in monitoring and maintaining CCTV systems for suspicious activities or security breaches. 6. Assist in reviewing footage and compiling video evidence as part of incident investigations. 7. Collaborate with superiors and other departments to ensure security systems (alarm, sensors, etc.) are operational and effective. 8. Assist in coordinating maintenance, upgrades and testing of security systems. 9. Aid in the development and implementation of emergency response plans and procedures. 10. Assist in conducting training sessions for staff on emergency protocols and evacuation procedures. 11. Participate in security risk assessments to identify threats and vulnerabilities. 12. Support in developing strategies to mitigate risks and enhance security measures. 13. Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards and company policies. 14. Help in reporting incidents, risk and updates to superiors and relevant stakeholders. 15. Support efforts to identify areas for improvement in security procedures, systems and operations. 16. Assist in implementing enhancements and participating in training and development programs. Job Requirements 1. SPM and Certificate. 2. Previous experience in security. 3. Basic knowledge of security protocols, surveillance systems and emergency response procedures. 4. Strong observational skills and attention to detail. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Physical stamina and the ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
